Baptist University of Florida is distinctively Christian. All courses are taught from a Bible-based, Christian worldview. All professors are academically qualified, experienced in their fields, and actively involved in local churches. Our goal is to produce graduates who are equipped with academic excellence, spiritual fervor, Christian character, and real-world ministry skills. Baptist University of Florida is a private Christian college and a cooperating ministry of the Florida Baptist State Convention, operating under the authority of the convention-appointed Board of Trustees as the only institution of higher learning supported by the Florida Baptist Convention. BUF is located in Graceville, Florida, in Florida’s Panhandle, 90 miles northwest of Tallahassee, 60 miles north of Panama City, and 20 miles south of Dothan, Alabama.
Baptist University of Florida is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, and master’s degrees.
